1) Which version of xbian installer are you using.
2) Try downloading the image (Or extract from the installer folder) and writing with win32diskimager instead. 3) Have you tried rebooting the system, sometime this works. Please read before you post How to post a log file If you liked my help, click on "Thanks" to show your appreciation.
