there is zipped content of valid kernel + initrmafs + firmware loader files in http://xbian.brantje.com/others/boot20131206.zip (just in case your got damaged in any way?) if you will unpack it to our /boot on windows or linux, don't take cmdline.txt and config.txt files. these will not work until all packages are installed.
