USB Harddrive Not Mounting

1. The HDD is powered by a power hub.
2. Where do I find this? I didn't see any instructions in the read before you post section.
3. I installed Xbian on the USB drive through option 6 in Xbian.config

Still having the same issues. The hard drive was able to mount once. When I restarted it, it went away and won't mount again. I have it set to a static location using the method from this guide.
