FTP cannot acccess the chinese(utf-8) directory

This might be an Xbian issue - can you go into ssh xbian-config and go 2 --> 1 --> 4 --> Select the nearest Chinese locale to you.

Reboot and see if that improves anything.

I've upgrade my XBMC to RC1

However, the problem still exists....
