Can you send
1) Output from

Terminal

sudo apt-show-versions|grep airplay

2) Output from

Terminal

vmstat 5 10

when streaming.
3) Output from dmesg and xbmc.log via pastebin.

Is there a way you can check the streaming from your IOS? Just to eliminate iPhone/iPad whatever?

What version of IOS are you using? IOS 7 seems to have audio lag problems
