I solved this problem by executing the command corona said:

sudo apt-get install -f xbian-update=1.0.2-8d xbian-package-config-shell=2.1.6-51a xbian-package-initramfs-tools=1.3.1-5b xbian-package-xbmc-scripts libhal-storage1 libhal1

I have the same situation here, but not the same versions of packages being installed or in errors.
I'm trying to update from Alpha 5, but got these errors :

If I try the command Corona said, it still gives me an error.
Also tried mk01 solution with the 2 other repositories, and trying to install apt-get install xbian-package-kernel but that gives me an error too :
