I have the same impression.
It slower everywhere on menu, on video play etc. I used to use xbian from begining and it always was very fast. I install raspbmc to compore and its very very faster than xbian  My config.txt: initramfs initramfs.gz 0x00a00000 gpu_mem_512=128 gpu_mem_256=120 initial_turbo=1 disable_splash=1 arm_freq=840 core_freq=275 sdram_freq=400 over_voltage=0 emmc_pll_core=0 hdmi_force_hotplug=1 hdmi_ignore_cec_init=1 Top when I try to open movie: file movie.mp4 movie.mp4: ISO Media, MPEG v4 system, version 1 size 2,61G |
