[PROBLEM] Upstart screen at boot or XBMC stops

I have this upstart screen that comes up at boot, and xbmc doesn't load. I usually have to do a service xbmc start to bring it up. Or this upstart screen kills xbmc gui entirly. Any ideas why this might happen.

I tried a clean install with RC3, and did an apt-get update & upgrade -y.

Same issues.
