How to upgrade from 1.0 Beta 1.1 to current version?

Type 'sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list'
make it look like list below.
press ctrl+O to save (that's a letter 'O' not a zero).
press ctrl+x to exit nano.
type 'sudo reboot'
Then when up and runnig again go into xbian-config as you have and try again.
