Yes but that mode doesn't have HDMI and audio support (If I'm reading the dump correctly) which would explain the issue. If so this is a hardware issue.
Can you try 1920x1080i @ 60 Hz (5) hdmi_mode=5 Which should work. What screen resolution do you get without any screen parameters in config.txt? Yes, all you need to do is set the values in config.txt and reboot. They are read at boot.
