Xbian 20150407 - Cannot Boot RPi2

Following an update last night, the xbian on rpi2 will not boot - stuck in init process loop.

Cannot ssh to the device as not booted.

Reimaged and rebuilt to a stable version ok.

Tested backups: the standard xbian img.gz does not work - unpacking gives error File is Broken (old and new ones).

Testing installing packages - the 20150407 prompts for a reboot...it never comes back to life...so back to reimaging and avoiding updates until this one is fixed(?)

Anys ideas?

The update last night installed the 20150407 xbian and the latest 14.xx - could not get it rebooted and had to rebuild from a xbian image.

Today - installed the updates one by one - seemed to have the same problems, but with a number of power resets, it's finally booted

But, I'm still faced with the issue of broken xbian backups?
