I'll answer myself:
Deactivating hardware acceleration makes rpi reproduce the dvb output without problem except for the deinterlacing effect. So maybe it is just a matter of saying to xbmc that mpeg2 is a software codec and "the rest" is a hardware accelerated. Does anyone know how to do that?
