Your outputs are ok, but I do not understand why iwlist scanning does not work

Lets try configuring your wlan0 manually:

Edit /etc/network/interfaces (sudo nano /etc/network/interfaces)

and configure wlan0 as follows

Code:

auto eth0 wlan0 lo

iface lo inet loopback

allow-hotplug eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp

allow-hotplug wlan0
iface wlan0 inet dhcp
wpa-ssid "ESSID"
wpa-psk "WPAPSK"

"ESSID' is the ESSID of your WLAN
"WPAPSK' is your WLAN key

Ok, here is the original interfaces data (in case you see something odd):
