Sure, next Kodi Leia release is in devel repo, and if you run a full upgrade, you'll get this version. But you was never been told to do that

I have some results:

1) The new lirc version (or atilibusb driver) can not deal with the old version of x10-atiwonder.conf remote configuration file
I was downloading version from sourceforge by command irdb-get download atiusb/atilibusb.lircd.conf and build from this version new release of 10-atiwonder.conf file. Now its working again
2) atilibusb driver still a bit unreliable, even with kernel 4.14, sometimes lircd complains:

in the syslog logfile (you have to install a syslog daemon -- I'm running rsyslog to get the log messages or you have to add
--logfile /var/log/lircd to LIRCD_ARGS parameter in /etc/default/lirc, for example

root@kmxbilr2 /tmp # cat /etc/default/lirc | grep LIRCD_ARGS
LIRCD_ARGS="--loglevel=WARNING --logfile /var/log/lircd"

Don't know what the culprit is. Maybe processor speed (Pi3B+ was very worse, Pi3 is better)

Concerning Leia I know I should upgrade only the lirc package, but once launched the apt-get upgrade, it was too late.
I will reinstall tomorrow. Will the new version of xbian-package-lirc be in stable or devel repo?
