[PROBLEM] todays 'dirty' upgrade audio stuttering in video

Whilst playing music is OK, all videos SD/HD doesn't matter have stuttering audio so bad that films and TV shows are just unwatchable.

Same media viewed on laptop is perfect. So any idea what happened? Codec issue perhaps?

What is meant be 'dirty'
