Running update again from working restored system with -s parameter

Terminal

sudo apt-get update
sudp apt-get upgrade -s

Ok, I just run sudo apt update and then sudo apt upgrade (from terminal cli).
I got a bunch of warnings, here is just a snippet of them:
"insserv: warning: script 'mountdevsubfs.sh' missing LSB tags and overrides

Is that bad? The other day when I tried to upgrade from the terminal GUI I got some of them also, is there any relation to problem I experienced? As a matter of fact I was upgrading mainly cause my TV Remote suddenly stopped working, but I'll post about it on another section of the forum if the problem persists.

Updating my post: Just tried to reboot my Xbian RPi and it didn't work, got the same problem, black screen with a login prompt.
If needed I captured the whole bunch of messages that went through the terminal window since I login to reboot.
