[PROBLEM] dist upgrade popup in Kodi shows buttons "never show this hint" and "No"

and after startup into a Kodi, the kodi shown a prompt that there is a dist upgrade to a bookworm, yet only two buttons available was:
"never show this hint" and "No" (No was translated in my language)

I expected "yes, upgrade" kind of button.

Major OS upgrades (Bullseye → Bookworm) require manual intervention due to potential breaking changes.
