Overclocking a Raspberry Pi 4 can definitely boost performance, but it comes with trade-offs in temperature, power usage, and long-term stability. If You're Using Passive Cooling or No Fan:
Try this more conservative setting:

gpu_freq=550 


It's still a solid boost over the stock 1.5 GHz and runs cooler.
