How do I make my MCE Keyboard work?

I feel you. After 20 minutes of spamming my keyboard on Italian Brainrot Clicker, my poor spacebar started sounding like a typewriter from 1910. Let me know if you figure out a fix, my MCE keyboard is crying for help too.
