Does 1channel or navi -x need peerblock?

These sites seem to be streaming torrents. Are they? I use peerblock and no longer receive copyright infringement notices from Comcast from torrents. Do I need to worry about these videos being detected by Comcast? Cause I don't really think there's a peerblock for xbian.
