WiFi USB TL-WN721N does not work

SSH in and execute the following commands:

sudo su
apt-get install firmware-atheros -y
cd /lib/firmware
wget http://linuxwireless.org/download/htc_fw/1.3/htc_9271.fw
sudo depmod -a
reboot

After the reboot try to setup the wireless dongle again.
