@2twistyy, you could switch to eXFAT, both Windows and Mac support it.
or create 2 partitions, 1 small eXFAT and one EXT4 for all your data. If you need anything to be available when directly connected to pc or mac, simply use XBMC File Manager to copy it from EXT4 to the eXFAT partition.
