Yea I was screwing around with that, then started changing some settings. Set my XBMC setting to be 1080p and the screen went super zoomed in, rebooted the machine, changed it to 1080p again (from 720p) and now it fits perfect. No idea what I did or what changed. Not sure if it will stick but at least I now know about the Video calibration Smile
