putting debian/wheezy debs on raspbian is worth a shot. but never mix generations (releases - wheezy vs. jessie). if you ignore errors, you get broken some functionalities (at least). if you try to fix the dependencies and others, you actually install a new OS. if the problem is with -dev packages, just find what it could be named in YOUR distro. libudev-dev is present at raspbian too. the other one I would guess is x11proto-kb-dev . change the code of retropie install scripts to use that one. and you will see whether the code later compiles or not.
