Looks like Koens repo. Have you tried upgrading to 12.2 via the "testing" on this website.
Remove the assus.... line and replace with deb mirror://apt.xbian.org/mirror.txt wheezy main #apt-get clean #apt-get update #apt-get upgrade. Please read before you post How to post a log file If you liked my help, click on "Thanks" to show your appreciation.
