Volume randomly loud at parts

Does this happen to anyone else?

Basically my volume is normal for 99 percent of the video, but every one in an while there will be one word in someone's sentence that is absurdly loud. Not music, or something that sounds like its on a different audio track, but literally it will be out of nowhere when it seems to boost the audio for like a quarter of a second. It's annoying and starteling.

It seems to be at the beginning of the new dialogue. So I guess it's not completely random...
I basically need auto volume.

If enabled, try to disable the "Boost audio" in the Audio settings.

That was already unchecked.

It's only happening with some videos.

Most seem normal.
