installing Xbian w/o keyboard and mouse

Let me explain you my situation

1)i have bought everything from SD cards to RCA cables and everything
but i have sort of forgotten some basic stuff like keyboard and mouse

2)i have installed xbian on my SD card

so my question ,are keyboard and mouse required for its initial bootup?
is there any way to bypass this ?

i do have a laptop so kindly reply ,

You don't need a keyboard nor a mouse for the initial bootup.

You might also try connecting from your laptop with a web browser to it's ip address say 192.168.0.12:8080 where you can control the music and videos.

Another alternative, if you have a smart phone, is to get the xbmc official app and use that.
