GUI freezes for some seconds when accessing smb share
Ok, i have been using Openelec ever since i got my pi, but recently tried out Xbian. Was really impressed by the boot time, it is much faster. I was considering changing to Xbian but unfortunately the GUI freezes sometimes, it does not happen anything for some seconds. Does anyone know why this happens?With Openelec i dont have this problem. I really liked Xbian and wanted to keep it but these freezes are annoying. I also notice that when starting videos it takes a little longer than with openelec. Is it because of the smb share?
