[PROBLEM] Hama MCE Remote Control

Would like to program my remote control "Hama MCE Remote Control". Have not the faintest idea how to do that :-(, could you help me?

maybe you could be first to really try http://xbian.brantje.com/devel/others/xbmc-addon-keymap-editor-0.9.1.zip this add-on. normally the Remotes are programmed in ugly way by steps like
1) you press key on remote
2) you get the code for it
3) you manually edit remote xml for XBMC for specific action and the code

normally nobody wants to do it

that add on will show under add ons programs after install and once started you take eyou through available XBMC actions asking for key press on Remote at the end. I just tested if get's started with XBian and it starts so maybe test yourself and report back.

if your intention to program it is that you have troubles running the remote at all and your XBian version is Beta1X, reinstall xbian-package-lirc from http://xbian.brantje.com/devel/pool/main/x/xbian-package-lirc/xbian-package-lirc_1.4-8.5_armhf.deb as there is it fixed.

in ssh xbian console do:

dpkg -i xbian-package-lirc_1.4-8.5_armhf.deb
reboot

be sure lirc_rpi module is not in /etc/modules
