port 22 and 80 not visible from public (router config-ok)
Software & Hardware

RPI B - latest XBIAN updated

Problem description:

Port 22 and 80 are refused whenever connecting with public IP

I switched back to raspbian wheezy - working ok (router port-fwd correctly configured)

i have made lots of searches (iptables, firewalls) but i can't solve it Sad

i really want to use XBIAN, as of today is the best. Thanks!

thanks in advice

RE: port 22 and 80 not visible from public (router config-ok)
by default there is no restriction to local segment only.

tried ssh now a no problems. even I was logging now and then to user's devices without issues. check whether for instance eth0 configuration is the same as with wheezy.
