RE: Xbian boot keyboard???
No idea at the moment.
DOUBLE POSTING will not get the problem solved any quicker - in fact it will have the opposite effect. How are you accessing the RPi when the keyboard is not attached? Via SSH? In both cases the correct modules are being loaded. How is your USB Hub powered? If unpowered - try powering it (It's a long shot) Also can you try with a USB mouse and see if you get the same results. RE: Xbian boot keyboard???
@Marco
1) Can you confirm that with the keyboard - everything works on the touchscreen as expected! 2) What is the output of lsusb with the keyboard attached. 3) I assume all is correct in XBMC -> System -> System -> Input Devices? Maybe you could look there. Apart from that - I am at a loss - could you try moving the USB connection to the other slot and see if that makes a difference (Clutching at straws I'm afraid). I can't see why it doesn't work without the keyboard. @mk01 - Any ideas? Please read before you post How to post a log file If you liked my help, click on "Thanks" to show your appreciation.

RE: Xbian boot keyboard???
I've no idea what is going wrong.
Can you try a wireless KB (borrow one if necessary) and see if that works. If it does, you could buy a cheap mini RF KB and just use that in the car. The KB could be anywhere!! Use that until a better fix is forth coming. Please read before you post How to post a log file If you liked my help, click on "Thanks" to show your appreciation.
