Problem description:
When I attempt to run XBIAN config, i get the message plugin.xbiancofig script failed. This has only recently started happening. I have looked at the log and it is complaining about language. I have only ever installed EN and all the menus in XBMC are in English.

I have even logged in through SSH and verified US English in the Settings --> System locale

Xbian is awesome.

Appreciate your time and help.

Rob

How to reproduce:
Go to System Menu --> Settings --> Xbian Config
