[Question] mv function takes so long.
Does anyone know why it should take so long to move a file.
I'm moving from /xbmc-backup to /home/xbian
Both file systems are on the same SD card.
It takes about 5 minutes to complete, whereas on any other OS it's instant.

Because you are effectively moving between partitions (BTRFS subvolumes).
