Can't update sickbeard
Hi,

Mi sickbeard runs perfect put i have this message:

Unknown version: If you've never used the Sick Beard upgrade system then I don't know what version you have.

When i tried to update get the next error:

Update wasn't successful, not restarting. Check your log for more information.
CP Server Thread-4 :: Error while trying to update: expected a character buffer object

Any idea?

How about providing the details as requested in "Please read before you post".

"Check your log for more information" would be useful.

Hi, you are right, sorry Undecided

I fix the problem with this method:

1) git clone https://github.com/xbianonpi/Sick-Beard-TPB/
2 ) Copy sickbeard.db, config.ini in the original folder (/usr/share/sickbeard) to Sick-Beard-TPB
3) rename original sickbeard directory just in case
4) mv Sick-Beard-TPB to /usr/share/sickbeard
5) chmod -R 0777 /usr/share/sickbeard
6) chown -R xbian sickbeard

this way everything is working perfectly with the last sickbeard version.
