/etc/modprobe.d/xbian.conf
Can anyone tell me if this file is still used and if so what for?
I notice that there are entries to apparently blacklist i2S and i2C and yet they still work? Should they be removed from this file or is this some legacy file that's no longer used? Thanks Skywatch |

RE: /etc/modprobe.d/xbian.conf
it only prevents autoloading of these modules, if you add them to /etc/modules they'll get loaded.
IIRC it is because they steal a few GPIO pins that you may want to use for something else if not using SPI or I2C. |
