Wifi N Dongle

Is there a list somewhere with the best wifi n dongles for the pi running Xbian...preferably ones that are pretty much plug and play ?
I currently use a 'wifi bridge' (ethernet connection to a wireless dongle) but its only g rated and more importantly runs at 2.4ghz and when i'm using my wireless headphones my xbian streaming comes to a halt
