Another Samba Problem
Hi,
I used to reach my external hdd files which is mounted to xbian through network from a windows pc. When I search the network I can see that hdd. I could have reach it with this address: \\XBIAN\myhdd\ One day it stopped working. Auto update was on, maybe it triggered that problem. I tried everything and I coludn't connect to xbian. Then I reinstalled xbian from scratch. But nothing has changed. I'm about to go crazy. Any help will be appreciated |

RE: Another Samba Problem
you havent give much information to work with here to be honest
can you still access your RPi iver network? or is it just your USB drive not accessible from network? is the USB drive mounted? please have add relevant information and in a meantime have a look here if this is not your case (just my blind guess) http://forum.xbian.org/thread-2609.html ~~~~>>>Please always follow rules and read before you post<<<~~~~ |

Neither through ip nor domain name is reachable. I can reach RPi through ssh. I can see the USB drive is mounted and can reach via ssh. |
