[SOLVED] Upgrade XBIAN 1.0RC2 Failed on Cubox-i i4Pro

Hi

I have an almost stable XBIAN on a Cubox-i i4Pro since last summer.
I did no update to keep it in this state.
I tried to update it following the FAQ. At some point, /etc/apt/sources.list.d/xbian.list seems to be wrong and the update process stop.

Yes, that's right xbian.list is clearly described in the FAQ and that's why I wrote my /etc/apt/sources.list.d/xbian.list is wrong.

/etc/apt/sources.list is ok.

I tried to fill manually /etc/apt/sources.list.d/xbian.list.
But if i do an apt-get update/upgrade, when proceeding /var/cache/apt/archives/xbian-package-repo_20150205-6_armhf.deb, /etc/apt/sources.list.d/xbian.list is changed with the wrong line I described in the previous post (with deb mirror://apt.xbian.org/mirror.txt stable main __ARCH__).

So, I'm unable to go further in the update, even if I change manually /etc/apt/sources.list.d/xbian.list
Any idea ?

Can you set your language to english so those who don't speak french can read that the apt error is?

Also, can you remove update-notifier-common and try again?

That's odd, I change language with xbian-config or with dpkg-reconfigure locales with reboot, everything is in english in xbmc except terminal... (any clue ?)

I tried to remove update-notifier-common, but it always needs to install xbian-package-repo_20150205-6_armhf.deb, so apt-get remove doesn't work with the same issue

I tried to remove it before doing anything with my xbian image. Since the old repository doesn't work, it's not possible.

Can you remove this entry /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/15update-stamp from what i believe must be called:

And try installing xbian-package-repo again. After it succeeds, remove update-notifier-common again.
