How to make a startup script to WOL a server

how can I make a startup script which wakes up my server when XBian starts up?

I'd found no working solution with searching on Google...

Can anyone help?

there should be an WOL addon you can install from repositories

I meant to wake up the server BEFORE Kodi starts. I know the Advanced Wale On LAN addon, but for it it's to late...

Install the wakeonlan package and then use

wakeonlan mac_of_your_server

add this to your startup scripts
