Flash drive mounting as Ubuntu boot
This is probably not an XBian issue but it occurs on my CB on latest XBian.

I'm using a flash drive that was previously used as a USB boot for Ubuntu Mate. It has been formatted as ext4 and movies copied to it.

If I insert it when XBian is up it shows up as:
/dev/sdb 1.6G 1.6G 0 100% /media/GlowFish
and I can play the movies as if everything is normal.

However, If I leave it in the USB and reboot. it shows up as
/dev/sdb 1.6G 1.6G 0 100% /media/Ubuntu-MATE 16.04 LTS i386
and all I see is /boot in the file structure.

To get back to GlowFish, I need to unmount and then remount again.

This doesn't occur under Ubuntu 14.04 where I can leave the Flash drive in during a reboot.

I've tried reformatting to even FAT and reset the partition table to msdos but it still occurs.

Is there anyway to eliminate this?

Just a shot into blue Tongue

There is no partition table on this flash drive.
Can you add partition table (only one partition) and format it?

(Solved)
Decided to format it via OSX and it seems to have solved the problem. Guess it was something to do with GParted not formatting correctly.
