RPI is hanging during/afer upgrading kernel

Problem description:
Hanging after kernel update during updating trigger fpr initra-fs-tools

How to reproduce:

Every time when initram-fs tools is updating triggers.

Explanation
After upgrade to Buster, it hangs always. Eveb after fresh installing the Image.Change SD-Card to a new one (Sandisk High Endurnance) did not help.

Could it be that your /boot partition is full?

Thank you for the answer. I think it is not to full:
/ is reported as 3% full,
/lib/modules is 3% full,
/home is 3% full,
/xbmc-backup is 3% full
/boot is 37% full
