NTFS HDD gets unmountetd
Hello

I have a USB HDD on my pi.
it ist formatted with NTFS GPT, i mounted it according to this manual:
http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=72602&page=2

it worked nicely for some time, even survived a reboot.
Bur now it unmounts from time to time givin me the message: Device unmounted unsafely. Then i can plug it out and in again and it will work for a few minutes.

what could be the reason for that?

greetings

Alex

RE: NTFS HDD gets unmountetd
I too have a self powered NTFS USB drive (connected directly to the pi but previously via a powered hub) and get this same problem.

The real problem with this is that although the drive will reconnect, the mouse and keyboard won't work until a reboot of the pi.

ANy help would be greatly appreciated! ;-)

Skywatch.
