WOW! Will use this page for the Approved 4 Raspberry Pi repository of SuperRepo! Tnx tnx tnx tnx! Saves me lots of work
Thanks for a great review, very informative.
Thanks for the comparison! This saves me a lot of time and fiddling around
Wooooaww, that amber skin really looks nice!:O
Indeed, Amber has replaced Confluence for me.
I totally agree about
Amber. I'm using it for about one week now and really surprised how beautiful and fast it works.
I've added Amber and XBMC Immersive. Especially Amber seems very usable and lightweight.
Thanks for reporting :-)
Please add MetroTV, didn't try myself but it's suppose to beat Amber in speed and it's based obodern UI from Windows8. Since MyEPi dev is a bit slow, this is a good alternative for everyone who is waiting for Metro design.

I've tried all the skins on the xbmc repo and I have only two installed.
I like PMD3 but it has higher than normal CPU compared against confluence.
But I do not use it, even though I do like the structure.
The reason? It has terrible CPU usage on the main screen - the place I spend the most time on standby.
So it's confluence all the way for me.
All that "glitters" is not gold - especially when it's a raspberry.
I've added MetroTV.
Unfortunately nearly all sub-categories has any sort of scrolling elements which causes a constant CPU usage of ~95% due the scrolling bug on the Rpi.

so for me Confluence is still the winner
I agree. Confluence is the slickest skin for the Pi
