Will run headphones a little longer
I have been running sickbeard, headphones, NBZget, and transmission with no issues for a day and a half now. Everything seems to work as expected. Leaving the directories as they are works as long as you don't run out of space. That's an issue when downloading a bunch of stuff. I spent a while reconfiguring everything in each package so that it would download to my external drive. Just a suggestion: If you are going to have a configuration script, just have it symlink the default directories to wherever the user wants stuff to go.
I want to incorporate these settings in new xbian-config modules. And yes, my idea was also to work with symlinks Smile
Looking forward to this CurlyMo. I have the old package and was having problems. will uninstalled it tonight and get the new package. looking forward Smile
I'm having the same problem as harmezon a few posts before.
It started happening while I was several shows.
Sickbeard was downloading the info, and when I defined an episode as "wanted" it started with that error.
Now I rebooted and can't start sickbeard.
1 - Is there anyway to backup the config before reinstalling?
2 - can this be related to some sort of sdcard corruption?

After taking a look at sickbeard's log, it seems to be related to the DB:

Tested Headphones this morning. Started up fine, webui accessible, lets me change settings, able to add music and sent a nzb to nzbget successfully. So working!

One other note...
Having some problems with Sickbeard since this morning.
Getting the following error when trying to open te webgui:
Code:
500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/local/share/sickbeard/cherrypy/_cprequest.py", line 660, in respond
    response.body = self.handler()
... ...
  File "/usr/local/share/sickbeard/sickbeard/logger.py", line 130, in _rotate_logs
    except WindowsError:
NameError: global name 'WindowsError' is not defined
After restarting the pi and trying to open the webgui I get this:
Code:
Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to 192.168.1.25:9094
Suggestions:
Try reloading: 192.168.1.25:9094
Any ideas?
Sorry guys, but i don't now why this happens, especially as i don't actually use these programs in my everyday life...
Same thing happening here. It has been running with no issues through most of today. I got home and I got the same error as harmenzon and solgarlic.
Then with all heads stick together, we should at least find the fix Smile
Hi all!

First thanks for your work.

Now...

After a few days testing my installation I've decided remove some services, but if uninstall sickbeard the systems also removes download package completely.

Is there a way to use only transmission daemon?

Please if you consider that this post should be in other thread, please tell me the right one.

Thanks.
Hi!

You can install only transmission by following the instructions in the first post.
Or following this https://trac.transmissionbt.com/wiki/Building and some info from posts in page 4 for the really latest version.
It is easy!!

Fine, thanks. I'll try it as soon as possible.
:-)
I've installed transmission-daemon, it stores its downloads in /media/hdd/ folder. But XBMC cant write to subfolders in this place (XBMC filemanager). What I need to do to allow XBMC do write operations in subfioders?
What are the permissions of that folder?
Terminal
ls -l /media/hdd/
