Can you guys give all forum users access to the wiki? I don't know if there is a mediawiki bridge available for mybb. If not, i would suggest to use dokuwiki. I made a bridge between dokuwiki and mybb myself so all users that have a forum account can also login on the wiki and edit. This will improve the wiki articles a lot.

If's the same construction i use for pilight and with good experiences.

I'm willing to volunteer to do the swap.
I've set up a new wiki here: http://wiki.xbian.org/doku.php
All users with a forum account can edit that wiki and contribute. That will make it a lot easier for the community to provide input.

Are there volunteers that can help transfer all old wiki pages to the new wiki? I already did the installation topics.
The new wiki is up and running with all pages copied from the old wiki.

Apparently, the new Wiki has moved to http://wiki.xbian.org/doku.php. That is, remove /new from the URL shown in the message above.
I posted that message when i was still transfering.

is xbian open sourced?
if so wouldn't it be a good idea to add a "build xbian" instruction
That's not essentially part of Open Source. But because we want to be REALLY Open Source, we already did:
https://github.com/xbianonpi/xbian/wiki

So is it allowed for a user to modify it and compile the image ?

GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE:

As i responded to one of the Samba threads with almost a whole Samba howto for XBian, I thought I'll drop same on the wiki.
But I get a permissions error and everything currently on the wiki is "read only" for me.
How can I contribute to that wiki ?

Ps. I am logged in with forum username/pass.
Added Samba:

Ps. I noticed below one being empty and having no history:
http://wiki.xbian.org/doku.php/share_xbian
Shouldnt we remove this one until we have some actual content for it?

I removed that entry from the wiki:
Code:
* [[share_xbian|XBian shares]]
Always on top of things deHakkelaar, nice work.
As I was struggling to get me USB WiFi dongles up and running for a new Pi2 that I got recently, I created a new category on the wiki called "Peripherals" and added "USB WiFi dongles":
