Code:
deb mirror://apt.xbian.org/mirror.txt stable main
### deb mirror://apt.xbian.org/mirror.txt     staging   main    rpi-wheezy
### deb mirror://apt.xbian.org/mirror.txt     devel   main    rpi-wheezy

RE: XBian Release Candidate 3 - CurlyMo - 27th Jan, 2015 06:10 AM

Append rpi-wheezy to the first line and retry.

Something is wrong.
apt-get upgrade installed successfully xbian-package-xbmc-alsa package, but when I enter "apt-get upgrade" again , xbian-package-xbmc-alsa package is still on the upgrade list.

It's been that way for months. You'll get used to it! ;-)

Yes that is the command. But why would user xbian not auto run the command now? I will have a look. TY

When I upgrade, I get:

The following packages have been kept back:
xbian-package-config-xbmc xbian-package-upstart-xbmc-bridge

Is this normal?

RE: XBian Release Candidate 3 - Gyuunduh - 6th Feb, 2015 06:22 AM

When trying to update the firmware I get an error:

Code:
Preparing to replace xbian-package-firmware 1.9.0 (using .../xbian-package-firmware_2.0.0_armhf.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement xbian-package-firmware ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/xbian-package-firmware_2.0.0_armhf.deb (--unpack):
unable to make backup link of `./boot/LICENCE.broadcom' before installing new version: Operation not permitted
dpkg-deb: error: subprocess paste was killed by signal (Broken pipe)
Errors were encountered while processing:
/var/cache/apt/archives/xbian-package-firmware_2.0.0_armhf.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

I guess that's something you have to fix on the installation script/repo/something else, I don't know this stuff Big Grin
