[split] Official XBMC 12.1-video stutter

Here's a clip of the video that keeps freezing (the clip does the same thing).

Normally, I would check this off to being a bad encode, but I don't have any issues playing the same video on my PC or any of my other 4 media players (1 WDTV HUB, WDTV Gen 1, WDTV Gen 3 and a Seagate FAT), none of which will play badly encoded files.
