It's like asking a Mini to be a dumpster truck - Yes is can be done but....

If you want a NAS server get a TP-Link DNS 323 for about $60 on ebay, cheaper if you look around. It works om the RPi - I've tested it and it works.

Don't ask the impossible.

The RPi is a little puppy, don't ask it to be a bulldog.
