Did you use Xbian-installer or Win32diskimage?
I'm guessing Xbian-installer. Try writing the image with Win32diskimage and see if that helps. Restarting the RPi should also work. Please read before you post How to post a log file If you liked my help, click on "Thanks" to show your appreciation.
