Hi,

the exact command is (when you are not root),

Terminal

sudo echo initscripts hold |dpkg --set-selections

you can find out if the package is set to hold by

Terminal

sudo dpkg --get-selections |awk '$2 == "hold" { print $1 }'

But this works only if you have not upgrade before.
